Located in the centre of the historic part of Kostelec nad Orlici (just 5 km away from Rychnov nad Kneznou and less
than 25 km away from Hradec Kralove), the family 3-star hotel has been completely rebuilt. As the building itself is more than 500 years old, you can feel an atmosphere of history the moment you enter it.
The Hotel provides accommodation in double-bed rooms, triple-bed rooms and in several spacious suites. After the
complete rebuilding, all the rooms are provided with their own washing facility consisting of a roomy bathroom and a lavatory.
Each room is also provided with a mini-bar offering a good choice of cold drinks included in the price of
the room. Also other appliances such as a TV set with satellite channels, a radio set, a refrigerator, a coffee maker are at your disposal in each of the rooms. Some rooms are even provided with a free-of-charge Internet connection.
All the hotel rooms are non-smoking. We also have special rooms for those who travel with their dog without
requiring any special "dog charge". The total capacity of the Hotel is 50 beds. Rich and varied breakfasts are always prepared in the form of hot and cold buffets.
All of our guests can park their cars free of charge on our own parking lot which is permanently locked and
monitored with cameras 24 hours a day. From the parking lot, our guests can directly enter the bicycle and ski shed.
If required, we can provide some of our garages.
Our guests can use our own FITNESS CENTRE available free of charge all day long. Catering takes place in a nonsmoking dining room with the capacity of 50 seats connected with a period café with 40 comfortable armchairs.
The hotel is provided with an effective air conditioning system. Weather permitting, our guests can use our large garden terrace with 60 seats. The Hotel also boasts a night wine bar located in underground spaces discovered two floors under the Hotel not long ago.
Indivisible part of the Hotel are separate newly built congress rooms provided with brand new congress furniture and a fast Internet connection. The capacity of the congress rooms is approx. 40 persons.
The Hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of two municipal parks. Its location guarantees that the guests are
not disturbed by noise. The hotel staff can speak English, German, Polish and Russian. The hotel is so wellappointed and the range of its services is so wide that it can successfully compete with four-star hotels.
The town of Kostelec nad Orlici is an important recreational centre of the region at the foothills of the Orlické Hory Mountains and an ideal setting-off point for trips around its varied and interesting surroundings. Famous mountain resorts in the Orlicke Hory Mountains are within 20-minute drive. The close vicinity however can also offer many sights of historical interest as well as objects of natural interest. Those who like cycling, hiking and water sports come into their own. There are lots of hiking and cycling trails in the surroundings and hikers will be captivated by
the nearby national parks. The Hotel closely cooperates with a boat rental company. You can also find a new
swimming pool in town and two new waterparks in the neighbouring towns.
The Hotel is an ideal place for family holiday and is very popular for its family atmosphere and affordable prices.
The quality of the local cuisine and the chef's culinary art have already become famous. Also, the open-air
restaurant with its unique evening atmosphere attracts a crowd from a wide vicinity. Many guests and especially families with children from Germany and the Netherlands often come back to stay at our Hotel repeatedly.
